Our Story
In a world where everyone has contacts but few real connections, Flint came from a shared frustration among MBA grads and working professionals. Networking events left us feeling overwhelmed and unsure which connections truly mattered. Recognizing this shared frustration, our founding team (experts across tech, psychology, sales, marketing and operations) set out to build what we couldn’t find. We knew our network was valuable, but the tools we tried helped us collect contacts, not actually use them. That gap ignited our passion to create Flint.
