What exactly is Flint?
Flint is an AI-powered app for people working toward their next goal. It brings your existing contacts into one place, organizes them around your active projects, shows you who can help, guides your next steps, and points out where you can help others.
Who is Flint for?
Flint is built for founders, entrepreneurs, and mid-to-senior professionals making a move. A new role, a side project, a funding round, pivoting industries after an MBA. If you’ve got a goal and plenty of contacts you’d like to activate, Flint is for you.
How does Flint work?
Bring your contacts in from Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn or Excel. They stay private, visible only to you. Add a project you’re working on, and Flint matches you with the people in your contacts who have the skills to help. From there, draft a personal message or build an action plan in one click. You can also organize contacts into groups and check Network Analytics to see where your network can be strengthened.
How is Flint different from LinkedIn or a traditional CRM?
LinkedIn is where you meet people. A CRM is where you store them, and you keep it updated. Flint is what you do next. It shows you who can help with your current goals, and where you can support others with theirs. It picks up where LinkedIn and CRMs leave off.

Your network & data
Who can see my network?
Your contacts are private by default, visible only to you. We never reach out to the people you add. They’re there so Flint can match them to your projects. Only a project can be made public if you set it that way, so others can proactively offer help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Does Flint message people for me?
No. Flint drafts and suggests, you decide what sends. Every message is yours to edit.

Using Flint
What are goals in Flint?
A project is whatever you’re working toward. Starting a career blog and need expert advice your first posts. Raising a round and want eyes on your pitch deck. Moving into fintech and looking for someone who’s made that switch. You add what you’re focused on, and Flint organizes your contacts around it, so your network maps to what you’re actually working on.
What do network analytics show me?
A clear read on who’s actually in your network: the seniority levels and industries you’re connected to, and the skills your contacts bring. It’s how you get to know your network better, so you can see where there’s room to grow and diversify.

Pilot access is free, no credit card needed. Paid plans come later, and pilot members hear about them first.
